Allied Express is the largest, independently owned courier and express freight company in Australia with offices in all major mainland capitals. Their fleet of over 1000 vehicles covers the entire country with a comprehensive range of fast, efficient express freight transport services.
Allied Express required a CRM system to allow their National Account Management team to manage their client information, and to provide reporting to management. The system needed to be available to staff all over Australia and provide a lead pipeline for their sales teams, and reporting for their account service teams.
The FileMaker system that has been set up by Jim Dwyer & Macumen has allowed our National Account Management team to be on top of their client information including trading figures and frequency’s. The program also enables our internal staff to be able to view a client’s history at any time day or night! We can access our client base no matter what state we are in and all information is viewable, whilst being protected by a user name and password. The reporting mechanisms set up allow management to be able to measure the performance of our Account Managers on a daily basis, which assists to allocate the right people to the right position.
